Overview

This policy describes how CEOWorks (“CEOWorks,” “we,” “us”) handles information in connection with this website, ceoworks.io. This site does not require an account or login. It does include one feature that collects information directly — the Business Health Assessment, described below — everything else on the site collects information only indirectly, as described in this policy.

Information We Collect

Business Health Assessment. If you complete the Business Health Assessment (available at ceoworks.io/business-health), we collect: your company/TSP name, number of trucks, and number of drivers; your first name, last name, email address, and, if provided, phone number; your responses to the assessment questions; and the resulting scores, maturity level, and recommendations generated from those responses. We also record which marketing link or campaign brought you to the assessment (e.g. a QR code or ad source), if applicable. We do not ask for revenue, financial account details, driver personal information, or other sensitive business data as part of this assessment.

Giveaway entry.If a giveaway is being offered when you complete the Assessment, you may choose to opt in. Opting in is optional and separate from completing the Assessment — you can complete the Assessment and view your results whether or not you opt in. If you opt in, we use the contact information already collected with your Assessment to notify you if you're selected as a winner. If you win, we additionally collect a shipping address to deliver your prize; we do not collect shipping information from entrants who do not win. Full terms for any active giveaway are described in its Official Rules, linked wherever that giveaway is offered.

Website usage data. This site may use Google Analytics to understand aggregate visitor activity, such as which pages are viewed and general traffic sources. When enabled, Google Analytics may set cookies and collect standard technical information (such as browser type and approximate location inferred from IP address). This site can also function with Google Analytics disabled. Google Analytics does not receive your assessment responses or results.

Scheduling information.If you choose to use “Schedule a Call,” you'll be directed to Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. Any information you provide there (such as your name and email address) is submitted directly to Calendly and is subject to Calendly's privacy policy, not this one.

Hosting. This site is hosted on Vercel, which may log standard technical/server data (such as IP address and request timing) as part of providing hosting infrastructure.

How We Use Information

Business Health Assessment responses are used to generate your own results and to deliver them to you. Your contact information may also be used by CEOWorks to follow up about your assessment or to offer a related conversation (such as a Schedule a Call booking) — you can expect this kind of follow-up if you provide your contact information, not unrelated marketing. If you opt in to a giveaway, your contact information may also be used to notify you if you're selected as a winner and to arrange delivery of a prize. Aggregate usage data (when Google Analytics is enabled) is used to understand how this site is used and to improve it. We do not sell or share website usage data or assessment information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

This site relies on the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy: Supabase (assessment data storage), Google Analytics (optional, usage analytics), Calendly (call scheduling), and Vercel (hosting).
