CEOWorks Terms of Service

1. Introduction
By accessing or using our Services — including via email, our website, client portals, payment links, or integrations such as Stripe Financial Connections — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
2. Services Provided
CEOWorks offers services including, but not limited to:
- Business automation workflows
- Administrative and back-office support
- Payroll processing assistance
- Reporting, dashboards, and operational tools
- FedEx Ground contractor support
- Data processing and system setup
- Billing, subscription management, and automation tools
We may update, add, or remove services at any time.
3. Use of the Services
a. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your business to use CEOWorks Services.
b. Account Information
You agree to provide accurate, complete information when onboarding and while using our Services.
c. Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of CEOWorks complies with all applicable laws and FedEx Ground regulations (if applicable).
4. Payment Terms
a. Billing & Subscriptions
By subscribing to CEOWorks, you authorize us (or our payment processors such as Stripe or GoCardless) to charge your designated payment method on a recurring schedule.
b. Payment Methods
We may support one or more of the following:
- ACH bank debit
- Credit/debit card
- Direct invoice
- Automatic subscription billing
You agree to maintain valid payment information at all times.
c. Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- We may retry the charge
- We may pause or suspend service
- You remain responsible for outstanding balances
d. Refunds
All CEOWorks subscription fees and service fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate data, login credentials (where necessary), and instructions
- Maintain the security of your accounts and devices
- Use CEOWorks tools responsibly
- Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or copy proprietary materials or SOPs
- Not engage in unlawful or abusive behavior toward CEOWorks staff or systems
6. Data & Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our use of your personal and business information is governed by our Privacy Policy located at:
By using our Services, you agree to our handling of data as described in that policy.
7. Third-Party Services
CEOWorks may integrate with third parties including:
- Stripe (payments, instant verification)
- Plaid (bank account verification)
- GoCardless (ACH processing)
- QuickBooks Online
- Notion, Softr, FAST, Motive, etc.
These third parties have their own terms, which you must comply with when using their features through CEOWorks.
We are not responsible for the performance, security, or availability of third-party systems.
8. Intellectual Property
All CEOWorks content, SOPs, processes, dashboards, templates, branding, and training materials are the property of CEOWorks.
You agree not to:
- Reproduce
- Distribute
- Sell
- License
- Repurpose
any CEOWorks content without written approval.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
CEOWorks provides services “as is” and “as available.”
We make no guarantees that:
- The Services will be error-free
- Data will always be accurate
- Integrations will always function
- Systems will be uninterrupted
You use CEOWorks at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CEOWorks is not liable for:
- Loss of revenue or profits
- Damages resulting from incorrect data, third-party outages, or integration failures
- Business interruptions
- Indirect or consequential damages
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid CEOWorks in the preceding three (3) months.
11. Termination
a. By You
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@ceoworks.io or through your billing portal.
b. By CEOWorks
We may suspend or terminate services if:
- Payments are not received
- You violate these Terms
- Fraud, misuse, or abusive behavior occurs
- Required data is not provided to operate the service
Upon termination, outstanding balances remain due.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
13. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
Continued use of the Services constitutes agreement to the updated Terms.
